Habitify: The App That Helps You Maximize By Tracking Your Routine

If you’re anything like us a Bliss Virtual Services, you probably have a perfectionist’s heart. Trying to color within the lines at every instance can become taxing on the mind, body, and spirit which is why our mission is to promote “balance”.

To break the cycle of overworking, we recommend the Habitify app to help remind you to reserve time for a 15-minute walk, eating a snack, running an errand, or checking in on a loved one. Yes, we all have 24 hours in a day, but in order to scale your business (or meet some other professional goal) you must maximize every hour.

And don’t forget to allot time for sufficient, quality sleep. The National Sleep Foundation advises that adults get 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. This will ensure that you have the energy to be fully present for each task so that you can meet your goals quicker.
